Return Policy

Our return policy allows you to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please note that any orders returned outside of this 14-day window will be destroyed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition, as any items returned in a creased or damaged state may incur a fee up to the value of the order to restore it to its original condition.

We would like to highlight that we are not responsible for any orders that arrive late or are delayed due to postal delays. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any compensation in such cases.

If you are returning a package from outside the United Kingdom, please ensure that you write "RETURNED GOODS" on the packaging to avoid any additional import duty charges. Failure to do so may result in the import duty being deducted from your total refund amount.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you send your returns using a fully tracked service and obtain proof of postage from the post office or courier. We cannot accept liability for any damaged or missing orders that are sent back to us without proof of postage and a tracking number.
